que server and fetcher not created (+0/0). - 06/04/2017 Yioop Software Help

I just attempted install of version 4.0.1 on Fedora and followed procedures on https://www.seekquarry.com/p/Install#Centos Linux but Adding a Machine did not add a que server or fetcher. How do I fix? Thanks in advance.

Adding a queue server or fetcher should be inserting rows into a database. If the database. Does the account being used for the database have the necessary permissions? Or are there database errors?

There was nothing in the instructions about giving a database permissions.

I was just guessing that maybe you switched from using sqlite (the default) database to some other one. If you didn't change anything then you are using sqlite. My next guess is that the web server doesn't have permissions to change the file in which the database is stored. This file is located in work_directory/data
