Local Web Server does not create new crawls.
When I start the Queue Server & Fetchers (1, 2, 3, etc), and then try starting a New Crawl, No Active Crawl is created on my Server. I've made sure that my Server is properly configured and it looks like it is. I'm using 127.0.0.1 as my Server's address. What else is wrong here?

Do you get anything in your PHP error log files? What kind of OS are you running under? Are you doing this on your own laptop or on a server somewhere else?
