This version has support for character n-grams for languages which don't have stemmers. It also has several improvements to the conversion of non-UTF-8 character encodings of pages into UTF-8. It improves support for location header and refresh header following. The scoring scheme uses an improved version of the proximity scoring of previous version. This version fixes epub support.
