In the set, we have {0, pi/2, -pi/2, pi}
Using the three nearest neighbors, {pi/2, pi/4, 0} -- breaking ties between 0 & 3pi/4 by choosing the point closest to the origin, 3pi/8 is in the set. (using euclidian distance)
